Solution leverages feature-rich vendor management system as a foundation

ELEVATE spoke with a host of existing customers and new prospects during the event, demonstrating the enhanced staffing provider offering as part of its ELEVATE talent management solutions. As one of the only VMS providers at the in-person conference, the company demonstrated many of the competitive attributes of its solution, which was positively received by the staffing provider audience.

The ELEVATE staffing provider platform is designed with a rich set of functionality for facilitating candidate sourcing and engagement management for its customers. The solution includes features such as simplified requirement creation on the client side, efficient candidate submittals, joint candidate review, interview scheduling, offer tracking and resource onboarding. As an additional value-add, staffing providers can better automate their vendor management processes and develop more collaborative relationships with their tier-two supply base.
