This prestigious program, now in its 40th year, recognizes and celebrates bold leaders who are disrupting markets through their groundbreaking companies and making a profound impact on communities.

The independent panel of judges has selected Lance Watkins as one of the finalists for his entrepreneurial spirit, purpose, growth, and lasting impact in building long-term value. Watkins, who has been in the self-storage industry for over 25 years, expressed his gratitude for being named a finalist.
