ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. - Californer -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that partner Elizabeth Weldon has been named as a 2020 Legal Eagle by Franchise Times for the tenth consecutive year, marking her induction into the Legal Eagle Hall of Fame.
Franchise Times® Legal Eagles is an annual list featuring the industry's top lawyers, the rainmakers, the go-to attorneys, adversaries and clients alike. The list is built with nominations and recommendations from clients, peers and other legal professionals. She concentrates her practice on business litigation and franchise litigation. Weldon represents both large and small businesses and franchisors in commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, tort, class action, business competition, franchise, trademark and trade dress claims.
