Franchise Times Welcomes Snell & Wilmer Partner Elizabeth Weldon Into the Legal Eagle Hall of Fame

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. - Californer -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that partner Elizabeth Weldon has been named as a 2020 Legal Eagle by Franchise Times for the tenth consecutive year, marking her induction into the Legal Eagle Hall of Fame.

The list is built with nominations and recommendations from clients, peers and other legal professionals. Weldon is a Certified Specialist in Franchise and Distribution Law, The State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization. She concentrates her practice on business litigation and franchise litigation. Weldon represents both large and small businesses and franchisors in commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, tort, class action, business competition, franchise, trademark and trade dress claims. In the community, Weldon has been involved with Girls Incorporated® of Orange County for more than nine years, serving on the Board of Directors from 2011 to 2019 and as President of the board from 2016 to 2017.
