Seasonal decorating challenge invites participating offices to share creativity and connect as teams.
FAIR OAKS, Calif. - Californer -- Get Care at Home is launching its Great Pumpkin Contest, a lighthearted decorating challenge for participating local care and referral-partner offices. The initiative gives workplace teams a small seasonal project they can enjoy together while recognising the relationships that help families find support in their communities.
Participating offices receive a mini pumpkin and are invited to give it a name, decorate it, and submit one photograph of the finished creation. The planned showcase is centered on the pumpkins and the participating teams rather than on individual clients. Photographs should not show care recipients, personal records, or confidential information.
The judging approach being developed will recognize creativity, personality, and thoughtful use of decorations. Referrals, purchases, and social media likes will not determine the outcome. Get Care at Home intends to share entries only with the submitting office's permission and to recognize the creativity of participating teams.
