Hire Proximity Launches to Deliver Personalized 1:1 Career Coaching and Real Employer Access for Students and Recent Graduates
NEW YORK - Californer -- New York, NY — Hire Proximity, a new career development company focused on early-career success, officially launched this month with a mission to help college students and recent graduates gain clarity, confidence, and direct access to employers at a time when breaking into the workforce has never been more challenging.
College students and recent graduates are entering one of the most challenging job markets in more than a decade. Early‑career hiring has slowed, competition has intensified, and many young people are graduating into uncertainty rather than opportunity. Families are feeling it. Students are moving home, struggling to land interviews, and losing confidence as they try to navigate a hiring landscape that feels stacked against them.

Founded by Edward Frankel, a longtime HR and talent leader with experience inside global
organizations, Hire Proximity was created to close the widening gap between student potential and opportunity. Many young professionals struggle to tell their story, position their strengths, and build relationships that lead to real career traction.
At the center of Hire Proximity's work is its 1:1 coaching offering, a personalized program designed specifically for students and early-career talent. Through structured sessions, clients
learn how to articulate their strengths, refine their narrative, prepare for interviews, and build the confidence needed to navigate a competitive job market. The coaching provides the
individualized support many students never receive, helping them move from uncertainty to clarity with a clear plan of action.
"Students deserve more than generic advice and automated rejection emails," said Frankel. "They need real guidance, real practice, and real conversations. Our 1:1 coaching is built to give them exactly that."

Complementing the coaching program is Inside Hiring, Hire Proximity's live employer-access
series that brings students into direct conversation with the people who sit closest to early-career hiring decisions. These sessions demystify the hiring process, highlight what strong applicants do differently, and give students a rare opportunity to hear directly from industry professionals.
"Not every student starts with the same access or advantages," Frankel added. "Hire Proximity is designed to level the playing field by creating proximity — to guidance, to employers, and to opportunity."
Hire Proximity is now onboarding individual coaching clients, as well as employer and campus partners for upcoming Inside Hiring sessions.
