Long Beach, CA ~ The Parks, Recreation and Marine Office in Long Beach, California is making changes to its operating hours for in-person services and assistance. This update will take effect on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at the PRM Administration Office located at 2760 N. Studebaker Rd.
According to the City of Long Beach Department of Parks, Recreation and Marine (PRM), this change is aimed at improving overall service efficiency and providing better support during peak community demand. By completing internal operations earlier in the day, staff will be able to focus on assisting community members with their needs.

The PRM Reservation and Registration Office is a popular destination for community members seeking in-person recreation class registration, facility reservation forms and permits, payment processing, and other customer services. Currently, the office is open to the public on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, starting May 7 and until further notice, the office will have updated hours as follows:
- Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Thursdays: 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
