EUGENE, Ore. - Californer -- Every member of staff at Green Health Eugene is required to complete further education, and they are all CBD certified through East Fork Cultivars educational program. How CBD affects the body is still up for debate, but it is believed that CBD assists in the endocannabinoid in not being broken down, allowing more of a long term effect.
