Harness Named a Leader in DevOps Platforms by Independent Research Firm, Q2 2025 Evaluation

SAN FRANCISCO, June 2, 2025 ~ In the latest Forrester Wave™ report, Harness, the AI DevOps Platform™ Company, has been recognized as a Leader in the DevOps Platforms category for Q2 2025. The company received the highest possible scores in three key criteria: "AI Infusion", "Innovation", and "Vision".

Forrester's evaluation of Harness highlighted its unique approach to software delivery, with a strong focus on AI integration throughout the entire SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle). The report also noted Harness's emphasis on security and self-service cloud cost tools, which bring a valuable combination of business value and developer experience.

Jyoti Bansal, CEO and co-founder of Harness, expressed his excitement about this recognition from Forrester. The Forrester Wave™ evaluated 11 top DevOps providers based on 26 criteria including current offering, strategy, and customer feedback. In this evaluation, Harness received the highest scores possible in 14 criteria. These include Build Automation and CI (Continuous Integration), AI infusion for intelligent assistance in debugging and testing, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Environment Management for seamless integration with major IaC tools and Kubernetes for cloud-native automation, as well as Innovation and Vision driven by a differentiated roadmap.

The report also highlighted that customers felt they received excellent attention from Harness's team and had more influence on the roadmap compared to larger vendors.

One of these satisfied customers is Steve Day, CTO of National Australia Bank (NAB), who praised Harness as a great partner in their DevOps journey. He commended their fast pace, attentive listening, and delivery of real value. Day also noted that they have always seen Harness as a leader in this space and are pleased to see this recognition from Forrester.
