RESTON, Va. - Californer -- Work 365, the leading subscription management and billing automation platform for Microsoft Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs), today announced the launch of its Certified Provider Integration (CPI) Program, a strategic initiative designed to help distributors build deep, API-driven integrations that deliver the same seamless experience Direct CSPs enjoy with Microsoft Partner Center.
With Microsoft's updated performance standards—including the $1M revenue threshold for Direct CSPs—many partners are exploring a shift to an indirect model. The CPI Program enables distributors to meet these partners at the moment of transition, offering a fully integrated, modern billing and provisioning experience through Work 365.
"This is the same caliber of experience partners expect from Microsoft Partner Center," said Ebrahim Nalwala, Co-founder of Work 365. "With CPI, we're bringing that gold-standard experience to indirect partners by working closely with distributors to build truly native integrations."

Certified to Scale
Work 365 already has deep integrations with leading distributors such as Ingram Micro. The CPI Program delivers:
For distributors, CPI provides a framework to grow their cloud partner base, reduce onboarding friction, and increase stickiness through automation. For CSPs moving away from the Direct model, it offers continuity, control, and a clear path to scale.
"Partners who no longer meet Microsoft's new criteria—or who simply want a better way to scale—now have an option that prioritizes growth, flexibility, and operational maturity," said Nalwala.
