Founded in 2000, WHEE is a full-service environmental engineering consulting firm that specializes in the planning, design, and implementation of effective, compliant and sustainable solutions for clients facing environmental and regulatory challenges. With extensive water treatment systems experience, the team provides environmental, civil, and process engineering capabilities to industrial, agricultural, commercial and municipal clients nationwide.

The addition of WHEE enhances Inframark's unique in-house advisory and engineering capability, which was established in August 2024, when ESG Engineering joined the company. WHEE brings considerable thought leadership and a complementary portfolio of technical skills, including significant experience in wastewater and water treatment technology across various industries, as well as proven knowledge in water conservation, recycling and reuse, and air pollution control. The team also has a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements, including important per- and polyfluoroalkyl (PFAS) expertise, which augments Inframark's existing PFAS advisory capabilities. Specifically, WHEE helps clients implement and manage effective compliance programs and treatment systems related to PFAS and other federal, state and local regulatory requirements.
