PITTSBURGH, July 29, 2025 ~ San Marcos, Calif. - An inventor from San Marcos, Calif. has created a new way to improve vehicle safety and prevent rear-end collisions. The METER FILLING BRAKE LIGHTS, a patent-pending invention, features an improved brake design and a time/pressure input relay gauge on the brake pedal switch.

The idea for this invention came from the inventor's desire to help following motorists react accordingly to the intensity of a driver's braking and speed. "I wanted to create a way to show how hard and fast the brake pedal is pressed so following motorists can react accordingly," said the inventor.
