Celebrating the Parents Behind the Mission — and the Love That Powers Our Work

PASADENA, Calif. - Californer -- We're proud to share a beautiful moment for the Relief Alliance family — one that reflects not just recognition, but the heart behind our mission.

At the historic Pasadena City Hall, Jeremy McNally, Co-Founder of Relief Alliance, was honored with a National Parents Day Award for his extraordinary leadership as both a community builder and a father. But this story isn't his alone — it's one shared with his son and fellow co-founder, Aiden McNally.

From the very beginning, Jeremy and Aiden have been side by side in building Relief Alliance — a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth, restoring dignity to those experiencing homelessness, and creating an alliance of organizations driven by compassion. This father-son duo is living proof of what's possible when purpose runs deep and family leads the way.

As a father, Jeremy has led with vision, humility, and heart — not only guiding his son in life, but mentoring him in leadership. As a son, Aiden stepped into his role with bold creativity and an unwavering belief that young people can make a real difference. Their bond has shaped the soul of Relief Alliance, and together, they've created something bigger than themselves — a movement.

But the honors didn't stop there…

We're also thrilled to share that Stephanie Findley, our newest board member and media director, was also recognized with a National Parents Day Award! Stephanie has brought fresh energy, strategic insight, and a gift for storytelling to our team. Since joining Relief Alliance, she's helped expand our message and connect with more families through powerful, purpose-driven media. Her impact is already being felt, and this recognition only confirms what we already knew: she's an invaluable part of our mission.

This moment at Pasadena City Hall wasn't just about awards — it was about legacy. It was about what happens when parents empower their children, when children rise to the challenge, and when communities unite around a shared purpose.

Please join us in celebrating these outstanding leaders. Their story continues — and so does the work.
