Olympic momentum meets grassroots swim equity in a national gear initiative across five U.S. cities
LOS ANGELES - Californer -- U.S. Paralympic medalist and Swim Up Hill CEO Jamal Hill has been named an official brand ambassador for global aquatics supplier Aqua by Delfino, launching a national partnership that bridges elite sport and community impact. The multi-city endorsement campaign supports the "All Roads Lead to LA28" initiative and marks a bold step in equity-driven sports marketing.
Valued in the mid-five figures, the deal channels Hill's platform as an athlete and nonprofit leader into action. Half of the agreement supports Hill's representation through the SoMath Hill Company. The remaining 50 percent is converted into in-kind donations, including gear, equipment, and site activations that will benefit underserved swim programs in Compton, Stockton, Kalamazoo, and two additional cities, including New York City and one to be announced.

"Aqua by Delfino isn't just supplying gear. They're equipping a movement," said Jamal Hill. "This partnership allows us to serve with excellence across the country, and I'm proud to represent their brand on the road to LA28."
Beginning this summer, thousands of youth across these cities will receive professional-grade gear through Swim Up Hill's partner programs. Each location will host on-site activations that blend elite equipment with community-first instruction, linking Olympic spirit to everyday access.
"Jamal's mission and energy align perfectly with our values," said the CEO of Aqua by Delfino. "Together, we're not only promoting excellence in aquatics. We're creating access, opportunity, and community power."
This partnership reflects a growing trend in sports partnerships where brands invest not just in visibility, but in shared impact at scale. By combining athlete leadership, nonprofit vision, and municipal reach, this collaboration offers a model for cross-sector transformation heading into LA28.
