OAKLAND, Calif. - Californer -- Diamond Investment Properties is proud to announce the addition of Justin Sielbach to its management team as Director of Leasing and Marketing at 1200 Lakeshore Apartments.
In his new role, Justin will lead all leasing and marketing initiatives for 1200 Lakeshore Apartments, one of Oakland's most iconic residential towers.
Inspired by the architectural legacy of Frank Lloyd Wright, 1200 Lakeshore is a 25-story high-rise situated on the shores of scenic Lake Merritt. The building is well known for its striking mid-century design, expansive views, and its history as home to notable athletes, public figures, and professionals who appreciate its blend of classic elegance and modern living.

Justin brings a strong background in luxury residential leasing, most recently serving at 100/150 Van Ness in San Francisco. His experience in high-end urban properties and commitment to customer service make him an excellent fit to oversee leasing operations at 1200 Lakeshore.
Outside of work, Justin is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking and white-water canoeing. He's also a passionate baseball fan and can often be found at Oracle Park cheering on the San Francisco Giants.
