Mr. Yu is a labor and employment and commercial litigation partner in the firm's Los Angeles office. He has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, including trials, and has litigated frequently in both state and federal courts. Jason has significant experience in cases involving debt collection, labor and employment law matters and trade secret misappropriation. He counsels clients regarding state and federal regulations affecting employers, including legislation regarding hiring practices, benefits and age and race discrimination as well as harassment retaliation discrimination. Recognized as a thought leader in his field, Jason is a frequent guest speaker at several organizations and local businesses, giving seminars on labor and employment law issues.
