MIAMI, June 12, 2025 ~ Lafayette Square, a leading investment firm, has announced its recent involvement in providing debt and equity capital to support Mosaic Capital Partners LLC's investment in IE Group Holdings, Inc. The investment will be made through a newly formed employee stock ownership plan (ESOP).
