HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. - Californer -- On Saturday, September 14th, The Living Full Out show will discuss methods and techniques to understanding your body. This week's inspirational guest Sita Gaia suffers from chronic illness such as epilepsy. Sita will share how she has come to learn what her body is capable of and how she has created a community for those living with epilepsy to come together. Host Nancy Solari will offer advice on how to master self-care.
Sita Gaiais an epileptic that experiences uncontrollable, intractable seizures. Her seizures have made her fall on concrete and cement floor which resulted to concussions or having half of her torso burned with hot tea. Sita deals with chronic illness on a daily basis, and knows that she is not the only one living through it. She has created an online blog advocating for those with epilepsy and makes sure that others do not feel alone through the struggle.She provides plans and solutions to some problems related to chronic illness and shares her stories through her blog or through her TedX Talk at Stanley Park.
