(Metro), one of the nation's leading full-service, retail real estate advisory services firms, today announced the hiring of four new employees in the Miami, FL office: Carlos Guzman, Senior Vice President/Managing Director, Alyona Tsutskova, Senior Vice President, Rodolfo Castro, Senior Sales Associate, and Kalayah Sargeant, Senior Sales Associate.
Making their Metro team debut at ICSC@Florida in Orlando, FL on August 27th, Carlos Guzman, Alyona Tsutskova, Rodolfo Castro, and Kalayah Sargeant possess a combined 40+ years of experience and knowledge in the retail real estate industry. All specialize in project leasing and tenant representation and will add this expertise to the existing Miami team of brokers consisting of Rod Castan, Executive Vice President, Principal, Anthony (Tony) Cervone, Executive Vice President, Principal, Cooper Jones, Vice President, and Yanina Yefimova, Senior Sales Associate/Project Coordinator.
