She is a two-term board member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals and co-founder of the Southern California Compliance Group. Ms. Jacko is a FINRA arbitrator and holds NSCP's Certified Securities Compliance Professional (CSCP) designation. In addition, she is a member of the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL). Ms. Jacko has been included in the San Diego Super Lawyers guide since 2023.
