Red Willow Art is Utilizing Technology to Promote Artists Internationally
UNION CITY, Calif. - Californer -- Red Willow Art is proud to introduce a new Augmented Reality (AR) feature that allows customers to preview artworks in their own space before purchasing. This innovative tool enables users to view paintings and prints instantly and scale them using only their mobile device, eliminating uncertainty and enhancing buyer confidence. By bridging the gap between online shopping and in-person galleries, our AR technology brings the art experience directly into the home. It marks a significant step forward in making fine art more accessible, interactive, and personalized for collectors and enthusiasts alike.
"Red Willow Art is dedicated to making luxury art accessible," Founder Candice Lai stated. "The younger generation is starting to collect art and is looking for the ability to search for a stress-free experience. When they shop through our curated collections, they can use the AR feature to place the paintings they want to purchase right in their home. You see it in that space instantly, and this takes the guesswork and risks out of it."

Red Willow Art is committed to expanding the AR experience through their technology development team. The goal is to provide an interactive experience with any form of artwork. "More interaction between the work of art and the collector in the comfort of their own space is the goal," Red Willow Art Consultant Linda Fisler added.
Red Willow Art is a start-up endeavor that brings art to the collector using cutting-edge technology to enhance the experience. "In doing this, we want to be clear that we do not use the technology to alter the art in any way," Ms. Fisler explained. The art is the art, with no enhancements made by any technology. We honor the voice of the artist."
Red Willow Art is expanding its reach to international artists. The company celebrated World Art Day with a contest. Entries were received from Africa, Israel, and South America, to name a few countries. The competition winners will participate in a Grand Finale Salon in December 2025. They are currently offering a "Lovin' the Landscape" Spring/Fall Contest until May 30, 2025. Red Willow Art expects to run at least two additional competitions before the Grand Finale Salon in December. The winner of the Salon will receive a cash prize.
