The townhouse, located at 457 Fulton Street and owned by renowned architect Manon Paquet, has been selected as one of only five homes to be featured in the 2025 American Institute of Architects San Francisco (AIASF) Home Tours.

The renovated townhouse boasts a sleek and sustainable design, featuring custom cabinetry, energy-efficient appliances, and clean lines that give it a timeless look. The open-concept living and dining space is filled with natural light and showcases clean architectural lines and warm finishes that create a modern yet inviting atmosphere. The bedroom retreat is a serene oasis with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, natural wood accents, and minimalist detailing that seamlessly connects the space to its surroundings.

Originally designed by renowned architect Dan Solomon, the property underwent a comprehensive sustainable renovation led by Mission Home Remodeling. Working closely with Paquet's architectural vision, the project transformed the home into a fully electric and energy-efficient residence while preserving Solomon's original design intent.

The AIASF Home Tours will take place on Saturday, September 21, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., offering rare access to exceptional residential design across the city. The event will continue with the Architects Forum on Thursday, September 25th where attendees can participate in a panel discussion and reception with the architects behind this year's tour homes.

Dan Wolfstein, Senior Project Manager at Mission Home Remodeling expressed his excitement about being part of such an important project. "We are honored to have been involved in this meaningful project," he said. "Collaborating with Manon Paquet to bring her sustainable vision to life in such an exceptional home reflects our commitment to thoughtful and high-quality remodeling."

As sustainability and energy efficiency continue to be key factors in Bay Area residential design, Mission Home Remodeling remains dedicated to partnering with homeowners who want to modernize their homes while preserving their architectural integrity.
