MIAMI & TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Californer -- The Republican National Hispanic Assembly of Florida (RNHAFL) proudly announces its newly elected Board of Directors. These distinguished leaders will guide the organization's mission to promote Republican principles and strengthen civic engagement within Florida's vibrant Hispanic community.
"I'm deeply honored to serve as Chair of RNHA Florida, a historic organization rooted in faith, freedom, and the strength of Hispanic leadership," said Chairwoman Barbara Casanova. "With an exceptional team by my side, we're ready to build coalitions, elevate new voices, and shape the future of Florida politics through bold advocacy and strategic outreach."

Founded in 1967, the Republican National Hispanic Assembly is the oldest Hispanic Republican organization in the U.S. It works to amplify Hispanic representation and advance conservative ideals nationwide.

2025–2026 RNHA Florida Board of Directors:
- Chairwoman: Barbara Casanova – With over 30 years in nonprofit leadership and consulting, Casanova brings deep expertise in campaigning, advocacy, and Hispanic outreach. She serves as National Secretary of the RNHA, sits on the Miami-Dade Hispanic Affairs Advisory Board, and consults nationally for the Leadership Institute.
- Vice Chair: Luis Figueroa – A seasoned business leader and public servant, Figueroa is CEO of Gold Bridge Realty and former Regional Director for the Government of Puerto Rico. He also serves as National Vice Chair of the RNHA.
- Treasurer: Miguel Granda – Granda is District Aide to State Representative David Borrero, President of the Miami Young Republicans, and Chairman of the National Americans of Faith Alliance. He also serves on the Miami-Dade Republican Executive Committee and the Community Council for District 12.
- State Committeewoman: Laura Roscoe – Roscoe is a conservative entrepreneur and Chairwoman of the Republican Hispanic Coalition of Florida. Her grassroots activism has mobilized Latino voters and built influential coalitions statewide.
- State Committeeman: Armando Ibarra – Ibarra is a Republican strategist and President of the Miami Young Republicans. Under his leadership, the group helped flip Miami-Dade red in 2024 through historic outreach and youth engagement.
- Deputy Secretary: Fabiola Stuyvesant – Stuyvesant serves as City Commissioner for Sunny Isles Beach and holds leadership roles in state and national municipal organizations. Her background in economics and public finance strengthens RNHA's policy and advocacy efforts.
