CALABASAS, Calif. - Californer -- MREC Management, LLC / Mosaic Real Estate Investors (Mosaic) has completed the initial phase of a significant capital investment from Lubert Adler Real Estate Funds into its managed Mosaic Real Estate Credit Funds.  As part of the transaction, Co-Founder and Managing Partner Vicky Schiff has elected to pursue other endeavors and will be departing through a buy-out of her interests in Mosaic.

Mosaic was founded in 2015 by Ethan Penner and Vicky Schiff.  Ms. Schiff will continue with her public and private company board work, ESG and impact investing and philanthropic endeavors, including promoting financial literacy to lower and middle-income students and families.  Penner will continue to serve as Mosaic's Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer.
