PHILADELPHIA - April 1, 2019 - Californer -- National Wholesale Liquidators (NWL), the one-stop value retailer known for its super savings and name brand closeouts is back in business in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in its original location at 900 Orthodox Street. MAS Wholesale Holdings, LLC, the group leading the comeback was formed by long -time employees who acquired two store leases and the intellectual property of National Wholesale Liquidators.  The group's other location opened to great fanfare in Brooklyn, NY last month.

The grand opening celebration will be held on Tuesday, April 2nd 2019.  Doors open at 9:00 a.m. and a fun-filled event for the whole family is planned with giveaways, food samplings and up to $5,000 in shopping sprees will be given away.  Hon. Representative Joseph Hohenstein, the State Representative from the 177th District will lead the ribbon cutting at 9:30am EST.

It took a lot of work to get back here and we want to be a community staple for many years to come. I started as a part time employee when I was 14 years old and now 25 years later I am standing here as an owner along with my partners. We will fight everyday to bring the best products and prices to our customers and we will not forget the people who helped get us here", said Fahad Shareef, one of the owners of national Wholesale Liquidators.

Zulfiqar Bhatti, Vice President of Operations for the new organization, said "I opened my first one-hour-photo kiosk in an NWL store in 1995. Fast forward 23 years and I am now a co-owner of this wonderful organization. It has been an uphill climb; however, long nights and early mornings we are finally here.  I can proudly say that we are back, better than ever and ready to serve the community that has given us so much throughout the years".
