WHITE PLAINS, Md. - Californer -- After a powerful run of national speaking engagements and increased media momentum, Dr. Renetta Weaver, LCSW, Certified Neuroscience Coach, and Certified AI Consultant, announces the launch of the AI Accessible Academy, an inclusive, culturally conscious platform helping mental health professionals integrate AI without compromising their ethics, peace, or purpose.
The AI Accessible Academy was created in response to what real people are feeling. After releasing her Energy-Conscious AI Use Checklist, Dr. Weaver received dozens of responses from therapists, coaches, and service professionals expressing concerns. Fears included HIPAA violations, ethical misuse, plagiarism, job security, confidentiality breaches, and accidental harm to clients.
"I'm not afraid of the tools, I'm afraid of doing harm with them," one person shared. "I want to use AI, but I don't want to lose my humanity," said another.

Dr. Weaver listened and responded. The Academy offers step-by-step guidance, ethical AI education, and relatable support rooted in the lived experiences of professionals. It's built to save time, reduce burnout, and amplify impact without erasing core values.
At the 2025 NASW National Conference, where over 2,400 professionals gathered, Dr. Weaver led a breakout workshop that turned heads and opened minds. Her session helped mental health leaders explore how to use AI without losing their voice, values, or humanity.
She's also reaching audiences beyond the clinical world. Recently named "Person of the Week" on WCPT 820 AM's nationally syndicated radio show The Lightning Strike, Dr. Weaver also appeared in-studio on Road 2 Eternity Media's podcast, offering faith-centered insights on AI and leadership. She now serves as AI Expert Contributor for the network's upcoming Gospel Sunday programming.

"Using AI isn't cheating—but you might be cheating yourself by not using it," says Dr. Weaver. "Mental health professionals deserve tools that help, not harm. We can stay human and still embrace the help."
Through her brand Girl, It's A New Day, Dr. Weaver empowers high-performing professionals to release emotional weight and reinvent themselves. The AI Accessible Academy is the next step, offering a bridge between healing, innovation, and liberation.
Enrollment is now open.
