Alicia Parr, founder of Performentor remarks, "I deeply admire the work each of these amazing professionals has done to unleash the energies of their teams and model game-changing leadership."
Parr presents the vibrantly-hued statues in person to each awardee. Winners are surprised by Parr's presentation of the award at their respective workplaces because they are not notified in advance about the honor.
"I am noticing more mission-centric business leaders focusing on integrating whole person approaches into ways of leading and managing. These are the leaders I keep on my radar," Parr continued.
