"Irvine plays a central role in the Southern California economy" said Amy Fuller, SVP of Sales & Marketing at Premier. "That's also why we have such a large presence in this market." She continued, "in the post-pandemic world, we're delighted to offer businesses at both ends of the growth spectrum a solution that's scalable and easy to implement. We work with entrepreneurs, Fortune 500 companies, and everything in between. This is a solution that's attractive to everyone because of its flexibility. Our other locations in the immediate area are close to full occupancy, so we're confident it will do well."
"Premier Workspaces offers more than private offices," said Michael Pollack, Premier's VP, Director of Real Estate. He continued, "our 20-year operational history is unparalleled within the industry. In addition to organic growth, we have long standing relationships with landlords like the Irvine Company. We're able to quickly enter into agreements and pivot locations that previously struggled – usually with just a few days' notice." Premier offers landlords a robust in-house architecture that includes IT, operations, accounting, finance, HR, real estate, and marketing.
