Resident Inspect OS™ brings inspection tracking, automated scheduling, and custom-branded reports into one platform for property managers.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Californer -- Resident Inspect®, which conducts live virtual inspections of rental properties for property management companies nationwide, has launched Resident Inspect OS™, the proprietary platform that now powers its inspection service. Resident Inspect OS integrates with AppFolio and Rentvine, shows managers where every inspection stands, and delivers reports in each client's own brand.
Resident Inspect's coordinators still conduct every inspection. The platform removes the manual work around them: chasing schedules, re-entering data, and following up on what's done.

"As a former property management company owner, I know how much time goes into getting inspections scheduled, following up, and keeping track of what's been completed," said Aaron Cooper, founder and CEO of Resident Inspect. "We built Resident Inspect OS to bring that whole process together, from the systems managers already use to the reports they receive. Our team handles the inspections. Managers get a clear view of where things stand, and residents get a simple way to take part."
Less Manual Tracking and Duplicate Entry
The AppFolio and Rentvine integrations bring in property, lease, and tenant information, so managers don't enter it twice. The Rentvine integration connects through Rentvine's API, and the AppFolio integration syncs automatically. Managers can set inspection schedules once, by lease dates or custom intervals, and have inspections ordered automatically when due.
The Client Portal shows where every inspection stands, from scheduling to finished report, and flags ones needing attention, such as unresponsive residents. Managers on other systems can keep requesting inspections as they do today and still track them in the portal.

Reports in the Client's Brand
"We conduct the inspection. Your brand stays front and center."
Reports carry the management company's logo, brand colors, and report title, in a choice of seven layouts. Photos can include arrows and circles pointing owners to the exact item described. Clients can also brand the screens residents see when joining and leaving the call.
Easier for Residents to Take Part
Residents join with one click from their phone's browser, with no app to download and no account to create. Two-way video lets them talk face to face with their Resident Inspect coordinator, and on-screen prompts show them what to do next.

Resident Inspect OS is live and available now. Property managers can see how it works and request a walkthrough at residentinspect.com/resident-inspect-os
