Secure documentation platform supports multilingual evidence collection, organized English-language reports and collaboration with legal and advocacy professionals
SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Californer -- Sacramento-based VerityGap Technologies LLC has launched MyCaseVault, a secure documentation platform designed to help people preserve and organize information involving domestic violence, stalking, coercive control and high-conflict custody matters.
MyCaseVault was created by founder and domestic-violence survivor Katie Anderson after her own experience demonstrated how easily critical recordings and records can be deleted, destroyed or scattered across devices.
"MyCaseVault grew from a problem I experienced personally: evidence can disappear precisely when a survivor needs it most," Anderson said. "I wanted to build a tool that helps people preserve what happened, organize it clearly and share relevant information with the professionals supporting them."

The platform allows users to capture or upload audio, video, photographs and documents; record incident details; organize police reports and court orders; create timelines; and prepare structured reports. Its language capabilities allow users to document information in their preferred language while producing organized court reports in English.
MyCaseVault also includes transcription and translation tools, expense tracking, AI-assisted reviews of potential violations and a Legal and Advocacy Collaboration Portal through which users can securely exchange selected documents and messages with attorneys, advocates and other authorized members of their support teams.
MyCaseVault does not provide legal advice, determine whether a law or court order has been violated, guarantee that evidence will be admitted or promise any particular legal outcome. Users remain responsible for complying with the recording and privacy laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
VerityGap Technologies is inviting domestic-violence organizations, shelters, attorneys and advocates to discuss pilot partnerships that could provide MyCaseVault access free of charge to eligible clients.
MyCaseVault is now available online at https://mycasevault.app/.
