Notice of CEQA Posting: 1605 Industrial Avenue Redevelopment Project Addendum
The Addendum for the 1605 Industrial Avenue Redevelopment Project is now available online. The Initial Addendum and attachments can be found on the Project's webpage.
Project Description: Special Use Permit to allow the demolition of three existing industrial buildings and the construction of a surface-level parking lot to be used in conjunction with the adjacent warehouse on a 1-acre site. The proposed parking lot would add 115 vehicle parking spaces.
