ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. - Californer -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that associate Mariam Abuladze (https://www.swlaw.com/people/mariam_abuladze/) has joined the firm's Orange County office. Abuladze is an associate in the firm's Tax practice group, with vast experience in advising clients on U.S. inbound and outbound transactions and cross-border tax planning matters. She also advises clients on complex federal, local and state taxation matters as well as tax credit financing, and energy transactions.

Abuladze earned her LL.M., magna cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law and her LL.B., summa cum laude, from Tbilisi State University Faculty of Law. While in law school, she was the academic chair of Law Women of UCLA, in addition to being a recipient of the Dean's Fellowship Award. Abuladze speaks fluent Russian, native Georgian, and conversational French.
