Barry's practice centers on representing lenders and borrowers in middle‑market commercial credit transactions. He has extensive experience with syndicated and bilateral financings, including real estate‑secured, cash‑flow, and asset‑backed loans. Barry also handles real estate and corporate matters, advising clients on commercial property purchases and sales, lease negotiations, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other general business issues.

Barry earned his B.A. in International Relations from the University of San Diego, and his J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings).
