Propacks (Pro Pack Solutions) now offers 200+ SKUs of PCR PET bottles with no minimum order quantity, enabling indie beauty and wellness brands to access sustainable packaging without bulk commitments.
ONTARIO, Calif. - Californer -- ONTARIO, CA — ProPack Solutions, a packaging supplier specializing in post-consumer recycled (PCR) containers, has eliminated minimum order requirements across its full catalog of PCR PET bottles. The move is designed to make sustainable packaging accessible to indie beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness brands that have historically been priced out of PCR adoption by high-volume order minimums.
The company stocks over 200 SKUs of PCR PET bottles in sizes ranging from 1 oz to 32 oz, available in seven shapes including Boston round, cosmo, cylinder round, bullet, modern round, Boston tall, and foam bottle. All bottles are offered in 35% and 50% post-consumer recycled content with GRS-certified supply chain traceability.
"Most packaging distributors require minimums of 5,000 to 50,000 units, which forces early-stage brands to choose between over-investing in unvalidated packaging or defaulting to virgin plastic," said Queenie Fong, founder of ProPack Solutions. "We stock domestically so brands can order by the case, test their filling process, and scale when they are ready."

All inventory ships from the company's Los Angeles area warehouse, with PCR bottles priced at parity with virgin PET equivalents. The company reports that the cost gap between recycled and virgin PET resin has closed significantly over the past three years due to expanded recycling infrastructure and increased demand from large CPG companies.
The timing aligns with California's SB 54 legislation, which mandates minimum post-consumer recycled content in all rigid plastic packaging sold in the state. The law requires 30% PCR by 2030, 40% by 2032, and 50% by 2035. Brands starting with 50% PCR bottles now will meet every compliance threshold through 2035.
ProPack Solutions serves direct-to-consumer brands, contract manufacturers, and Amazon FBA sellers across the United States. The company's full PCR bottle catalog is available at https://propacks.net/us/catalog.
