Stan Fitzgerald having taken on a role as executive producer in a forthcoming Frank X Panico documentary film about government abuse shares his story from decades ago on his consulting firm website to help promote the film.

Fitzgerald notes that while his story has always been on his personal website for anyone to review, most people find the slanted media coverage from 23 years ago when looking into it which lacks the exculpatory evidence, timeline explanation and many other facts showing he was a victim of the fraud not a co-conspirator which decades later Investigator Collis has now confirmed.

"First of all, I am not the kind of guy that will use the victim card, I would rather just have my actions and generosity speak for themselves. People that whisper assume I benefit somehow from politics and the reality is that I am the benefactor. Up until Frank asked me to get involved with his film, I tended to not want to relieve that abuse I suffered from 23 years ago being it triggers my PTS to do, so but this project as it relates to the road our country is on is more important than my PTS. Look at what they are doing to President Trump, this can and will happen to all of you who call yourselves Republicans if you stand by on the sidelines and do nothing," said Stan Fitzgerald.

After the 2020 election results, Fitzgerald felt disenfranchised as an American citizen so he chose to get involved with Republican America First politics.  His wife Donna pushed back stating you will be attacked when you succeed. Stan Fitzgerald knew very well he would be attacked eventually for stepping up to help Save America but he did it anyways.

In addition to questions with the 2020 presidential election results Fitzgerald documents that he was a victim of government abuse by the FBI which started in 1999.  In 1999 the FBI raided Fitzgerald's NJ home in a fraud accusation. Fitzgerald passed two polygraph exams, establishing his innocence, while two different US attorney's declined to prosecute. 58 months later (two months shy of the statute of limitations) after having legal fees drain the bank savings, a low level ASUA who worked environmental crimes leveraged his family's freedom pertaining to a $20K tax evasion charge stemming from what an accountant changed on a tax return. Fitzgerald plead guilty to what he was innocent of so his family would not be jailed for an amount of alleged tax evasion that most people get a bill In the mail for.
