The Workforce Development Board of Ventura County (WDBVC) and America's Job Center of California are celebrating National Apprenticeship Week on November 14th, 2022
VENTURA, Calif. - Californer -- "This open house is a fantastic opportunity for anyone considering an apprenticeship career. They can meet representatives from Laborers Local 585 LiUNA, Tri-Counties Sheet Metal Workers JATC, Iron Workers, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), and ask questions," said Rebecca Evans, Executive Director WDBVC. "Apprenticeships combine hands-on paid work experience with help and instruction to prepare workers for highly-skilled and well-paid careers"
The open house is on November 14th, 2022 from 1pm to 4:30pm at the local America's Job & Career Center of California, 2901 N. Ventura Road, 3rd Floor, Oxnard, CA 93036.
