Streptavidin Magnetic Beads are a 1% solid suspension of 0.8-1.2 um superparamagnetic iron oxide beads covalently conjugated to Streptavidin. Highly stable (no-leaching), ultra-low non-specific binding and high capacity, these beads have been validated in several assays for the capture of biotin-labelled antigens, antibodies and nucleic acids.
