Sunlife Power announces plans to double down and add to the sales force as the company looks to hire 100 Sales Representatives by the end of 2020.  Sunlife Power Solar Sales Representative makes some of the Highest Commissions in the industry and as Covid-19 has affected 1000's of solar companies, Sunlife Power has invested more in their new training program.  Sunlife Power sees a gap in the growing demand for solar energy jobs, and has invested in cultivating their talent by improving their support network and quality of training for their representatives.

Sunlife Power looks to capitalize on the nation seeking to maximize solar capacity, it makes sense that the industry would add more jobs to meet the demand for more solar installations.  The pandemic has stalled several companies' growth plans, but Sunlife Power is bucking that trend.  Although increased solar job growth is projected, a report from The Solar Foundation recently found that the number of skilled workers isn't keeping pace with demand for solar industry employees.
