Coppernic C-One2 handhelds embedded with Telaeris XPressEntry software adds new mobile access control functionality including emergency mustering, badge verification, and more.
SAN DIEGO - Californer -- Telaeris, a handheld badge verification and emergency mustering solutions provider for physical access control systems (PACS), today announced its XPressEntry software integration with the rugged Coppernic C-One2 HF iCLASS | LF Prox handheld. XPressEntry and C-One2 together enable safety and security professionals in Europe to quickly muster employees during emergencies, perform identity authentication with handheld badge reading, record entries and exits where door readers are not practical, use employee badges for events or trainings, and much more.
XPressEntry's badge verification software enables users to access real-time facility occupancy information on the C-One2 handheld badge reader. Operators can quickly verify personnel badge information including name, photo ID, and permissions against the existing PACS database from anywhere, communicating over cellular or WiFi. In the event of an emergency evacuation, XPressEntry also provides an efficient emergency mustering solution which allows first responders to get the critical information they need including names, photo IDs, and last recorded location of unaccounted personnel to help save lives.
