Fun And Easy Health founder Brittany Poliska introduces a personalized 21-day Wellness Wheel Assessment in Murrieta to help adults explore nutrition, stress, structure, energy, and other whole-person wellness patterns.
MURRIETA, Calif. - Californer -- MURRIETA, Calif. — With wellness consumers surrounded by supplements, diets, apps, health trends and conflicting advice, Brittany Poliska of Fun And Easy Health is introducing a different starting point: discover where to focus before trying to change everything.
Poliska has opened enrollment for the 21-Day Wellness Wheel Assessment™, the first phase of her Wellness Wheel Roadmap Program™, created for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed or unsure what their next wellness step should be.
"What do I actually need to work on first?" is the question the assessment is designed to explore.
Rather than beginning with a predetermined product or protocol, participants look across six areas of whole-person wellness: Structure, Nutrition, Emotion, Energy, Light and Acupuncture-oriented wellness.
More on The Californer
The 21-day experience includes 18 short educational video lessons, reflection exercises, Wellness Wheel self-scoring, three private calls with Poliska, one included muscle-testing visit and personalized Road To Wellness™ recommendations.
"People are trying so many things at once that it becomes difficult to know what is helping, what is not and where their energy should go next," said Poliska, holistic kinesiologist and founder of Fun And Easy Health. "The goal is clarity first. Once you know where you want to focus, you can make more intentional decisions."
The program reflects a growing focus on healthspan—supporting quality of life and sustainable wellness habits rather than simply chasing the latest health trend.
Participants may explore areas such as nutrition, hydration, digestion, posture, stress, emotional wellbeing, lifestyle patterns, energy and personal wellness goals. The program is educational and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
Fun And Easy Health serves clients in Murrieta, Temecula, Menifee, Wildomar, Lake Elsinore, French Valley, Winchester and surrounding Southwest Riverside County communities.
