Dream made possible by national adult dream-granting organization.
SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - Californer -- 50-year-old Stefani Cinquini is facing the end of her life. Diagnosed with metastatic liver, bile duct, and colon cancer, she has endured months of grueling treatment. Fantasies of warm water and beautiful wildlife have helped her through, and now Dream Foundation is turning those fantasies into reality with a Dream trip to Hawaii.
Stefani turned to Dream Foundation for help when doctors told her that she had less than nine months to live.
"I struggle with many activities of daily life due to my ongoing pain and side effects from chemo," Stefani wrote. "I always try to keep a positive attitude, but some days are harder than others. Lately, I have felt that I just need a break from it all."
Stefani wants to make memories in Maui, Hawaii, with her supportive boyfriend and caregiver, Nate.
In true aloha spirit, Dream Foundation's longtime airline partner, Alaska Airlines, will fly Stefani and Nate to Maui next week. Hampton Inn and Suites Maui North Shore are donating a 4-night stay, Pride of Maui is donating a sunset dinner cruise, and Circle M Ranch is donating a trail ride.

Now, Stefani is looking forward to swimming with turtles, riding horses, and wading in warm water. Despite her stress, worry, and pain, she says, "life is just so beautiful."
Last month, employees of Kyowa Kirin visited Stefani to deliver everything provided for her Dream. The company and their employees have been supporting Dreams for the past ten years.
