ELK GROVE, Calif. - Californer -- River City Toastmasters Club #7997 is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of the Toastmasters District 39 Spring Conference, held on May 17 and May 18, 2024. The event, themed "Reach for the Stars! Toastmasters Come Alive," attracted a significant number of attendees, marking a memorable milestone in the Toastmasters community.
