LOS ANGELES - Californer -- As fear and uncertainty spike, psychiatrist and coach Dr. Fred Moss introduces a medication-free prescription for hope, healing, and humanity in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. It's called the Welcome To Humanity podcast, and the first twelve episodes released through Apple Podcasts yesterday.
Dr. Fred engages in powerful and inspiring conversations with guests, exploring the human experience and how to live an extraordinary life.
The first episode kicks off with a hair-raising account from Sara Safari, who attended a seminar where the leader challenged her to take on an impossible project. Sara—who didn't own a pair of hiking boots and had never been camping—knew taking on the quintessential "impossible" goal of climbing Mt. Everest would surely prove beyond her reach. She never expected to find herself stuck on an ice wall at twenty-thousand feet when the tragic Nepal earthquake struck. Sara's dramatic story will challenge listeners to re-think the limits they may have placed on themselves.

"The promise of the podcast is that you'll walk away from each conversation enlightened, inspired, and ready to make an impact," concludes Dr. Fred.
