TVS Radio Network Adds Sports and Weather Daily Segments to RKO Radio Network.Com on Spreaker

CANTIL, Calif. - Californer -- TVS Radio Network.Com has added a daily Sports and Weather feature to the RKO Radio Network.Com. It adds to current features RKO Headline News and On this Day as regular segments on the network. All are announced by Rodd William Stowell.

Sports and Weather joins On This Day and RKO Headline News as regular features on the RKO Radio Network.Com, which is one of 24 TVS Radio Networks on the Spreaker platform, powered by iHeart Radio.All three segments also appear on the TVS SPORT Magazine Radio Network, also on the Spreaker platform.

RKO Radio Network.Com has resumed service as an internet fed news service. It will expand back onto terrestrial radio in 2023. The network is owned by TVS Global Media, which acquired it from Dick Clark Productions in the 1990's.

TVS Television Network has been producing TVS Sports Bureau news since the 1990's, a service that is now being folded into the RKO Radio Network effort. TVS distributed the Henry Fonda hosted Profiles in Courage series in association with the New York Times. It also produced the soft news TVS People Watchers show.

Rodd William Stowell announces all three daily news features on the RKO Radio Network.Com. Stowell is a member of the Nevada Broadcasting Hall of Fame and most recently was the morning host of the Day Break program on the USA Radio Network.
