LONDON - Californer -- UK Financial Ltd, owner and operator of the Maya Preferred Project, issued a major Thanksgiving announcement today to all holders of both classes of tokens of Maya Preferred (MPRA / SMPRA) and Common-Class (MCAT / MPRD / RPWMPRA / WMPRA) — confirming the most important structural upgrade in the company's seven-year history.
Today, the company announces that it has officially begun the full conversion of every active UK Financial Ltd Tokenized Projects token into its ERC-3643 "SEC-Ready" compliant version, including all current and future wrapped assets.
This means every token that does not yet have an SEC-ready version will now receive one immediately.
The company confirmed the first two tokens already completed — Maya Preferred PRA (MPRA → SMPRA) and MayaCat (MCAT → SMCAT) —

This marks the first time in crypto history that an entire, multi-token ecosystem — gold-backed, publicly traded, and operating for nearly a decade — is undergoing simultaneous, full ERC-3643 regulatory alignment.
IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED: MCAT TOKEN TRANSFERS SHOULD BE MADE TODAY
The company also issued an urgent reminder to all holders:The listing of the First ERC-3643 SEC Ready Token, MayaCat Regulated Security Token (SMCAT) can now happen at ANY moment.
There is no date and SMCAT can go live at any time, that includes Today, TOMORROW, or ANY DAY forward.
Because of this, all holders must transfer their tokens into their MayaPro Wallet immediately to ensure they receive the new ERC-3643 version at the moment of conversion.
If tokens are not inside the MayaPro wallet at the time of conversion, they cannot be upgraded.
The company emphasized that the overwhelming publicity, calls, and institutional interest following yesterday's announcement required an emergency executive meeting — resulting in the decision to remove all dates and authorize the listing to occur at any time without warning.
