"We are committed to creating a fair and accessible workforce for all Ventura County residents," said Rebecca Evans, Executive Director of the WDBVC. "PEER Up is not just a job program, it's a path to empowerment. Through paid work experience, peer mentorship, and connections with employers who value their strengths, we are giving individuals with disabilities the tools they need to achieve their career goals and contribute to our local economy."
