Joy Kong, MD is a UCLA-trained and triple board-certified physician, president of Thea Center for Regenerative Medicine in Los Angeles, California, founder of Chara Biologics, and President of the American Academy of Integrative Cell Therapy. She spearheads research and development in stem cell therapy, has proven herself a major force in regenerative medicine in the United States, and functions as a tireless mentor for many other physicians.
As a proponent for high-quality, clinical research, Joy serves as co-founder and CEO of a stem cell research organization where she serves alongside other pioneers in the field.
