Illinois-based businesses can now access Acentec's new Sexual Harassment Prevention Training, which meets the latest state regulations. The training is mandatory for all Illinois employees, including part-time and short-term employees, interns, and even independent contractors who work on-site or interact with employees.
Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker signed the Workplace Transparency Act in August 2019, amending the Illinois Human Rights Act.
