In conjunction with rapid national expansion as well as a cutting-edge online component, 'Aesthetic Institute of Massachusetts' has officially rebranded to 'Aesthetic Mentor'
WALTHAM, Mass. - Californer -- Aesthetic Institute of Massachusetts, the leader in accredited medical aesthetics training for over 3,000 nurses since 2011, announced today that it has officially rebranded to 'Aesthetic Mentor'. More than just a name change, this rebranding is a direct response to the rapid expansion of the aesthetic training program to additional locations throughout the United States, as well as a cutting-edge on-demand virtual training component.
Dr. Joseph A. Russo, a Harvard trained and Board Certified plastic surgeon, founded Aesthetic Mentor (formerly known as Aesthetic Institute of Massachusetts) in 2011 and now serves as the President of the organization. Dr. Russo reflected on the origin of Aesthetic Mentor: Dr. Joseph A. Dr. Russo reflected on the origin of Aesthetic Mentor: "This program arose out of a need. As many new and inexperienced injectors entered the field, there was no real educational platform for them to trust. Nurses were forced to pay for expensive certification programs that did not properly equip them with the hands-on and continued training necessary to become safe, effective injectors. Patient safety is the priority of every health care professional, and yet they were expected to find all the landmines on their own out in the field. I wanted to create a program that not only sets students up for safe practice right away but also supports their success and development throughout their medical aesthetic careers."

Aesthetic Mentor C.E.O. Marco Beatrice: "Our multi-medium program is focused on developing the individual practitioner, not just the injectable skill. The name Aesthetic Mentor really captures the essence of why our organization has been so successful over the past decade. We invest in the nurse behind the syringe. The mentorship aspect plays a critical role in the success of Aesthetic Mentor. From modern online training courses to in-person small group clinics and one-on-one training sessions, Aesthetic Mentor continues to provide guidance, education and compliance well beyond the initial certification phase, preparing them for a fulfilling career with a greater work/life balance and uncapped earning potential."
