America's Pro Se LLC is assisting a Plaintiff from very deceptive mortgage lending practices produced by New American Funding Inc. Plaintiff applied for a FHA 1st time buyer mortgage with New American Funding Inc which is a national mortgage lender for FHA mortgage. The mortgage was for $75,000 for a home in Georgia located by said Plaintiff. Plaintiff filed and complied with all requirements New American Funding asks for the initial application. Plaintiff was denied a day later by a generic email to Plaintiff. Plaintiff was contacted by a Sales Manager whom is a Defendant as well, stating I can assist you to proceed. Plaintiff complied again fully for 7 days of email communications as required by the Sales Manager. Plaintiff was told to contact his bank credit card to get an updated letter after paying the cards account. Plaintiff again complied, but Plaintiff had to do this, Defendant refused to proceed.
