Governor Newsom signs legislation 2.10.26

SACRAMENTO – Governor Gavin Newsom today announced that he has signed the following bills:

• AB 1485 by Assemblymember Alexandra Macedo (R – Tulare) – Property tax: documentary transfer tax: exemptions: Native American tribes.
• SB 25  by Senator Tom Umberg (D – Santa Ana)  – Antitrust: premerger notification.
